Free Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)

Property Purchases
Our Buyers receive an initial presentation that provides them with information on neighborhoods and available properties that meet their criteria. In addition, our sales associates provide our Buyers with updated reports that include new listings and other properties that may be re-entering the market.

Once the Buyers have selected a property, we will furnish comps and research the history of the property so that we can help determine a realistic price and prepare a contract to submit the Buyers offer. Next, we will negotiate the contract, make an offer and then once the property is under contract we will guide our Buyers through the entire closing process which may include reviewing and explaining title paperwork, inspections, appraisals and the loan process.

Property Sales
We enjoy assisting our clients through the entire process, from the initial market analysis, negotiations, obtaining the necessary surveys, appraisals, and any other feasibility items the Lender or Buyer may require so that we can successfully get your property to the closing table.

Leasing
We offer our clients residential real estate leasing services including Owner Representation, Tenant Representation, and Multi-family Leasing.

Relocation
Our team will put together a package with useful information for our Buyers moving into the Houston and surrounding market areas. This package can include anything the Buyer is interested in learning about before making their decision on the desired area. We can provide information on neighborhoods, schools, restaurants, driving distances to their jobs and much more.

TXRECO Management is a full service property management company whose mission is to provide our Clients with stress free property ownership and management. We specialize in the management and leasing of rental homes, condominiums, apartment complexes, four-plexes, and commercial properties in the Greater Houston Areas.

As your property management company we make sure your property is being handled in a professional manner and we personally inspect properties to insure the tenants are keeping up with your investments. We handle all aspects of property management including locating the tenant, tenant screening, collecting the rent, maintaining the property and responding to all emergencies.
